Course description

This course introduces students both to the basic principles that apply to the practice of real estate as a profession and to the new and projected technologies affecting the real estate industry. Completion of this training will satisfy 30 of the 60 required hours in Principles of Real Estate to apply for a real estate license.

Course logistics

Class time will be 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. each day, which includes an hour break for lunch.
