Not your traditional BBQ joint!

I liked being able sit down & actually have a server! Most BBQ joints don't offer that. We enjoyed a couple of beers with our delicious meal, but the best part was the appetizer - smoked sausage with a special mustard sauce! I will return…

The homemade biscuits melt in your mouth! They are served warm, slightly sweet & SO GOOD! Lots of different meat options too. I prefer the pulled chicken, but my boyfriend loves the ribs!

Red Hot & Blue catered a lunch at my office and I must say it was an A+! It was my first time to have their bbq, but I will be back soon for some pulled pork and potato salad. DELICIOUS!
